All of the food items are delicately crafted and created by Chef such as the spicy tuna salad – Isaan style or our classic Crème Brûlée which inspires passion and is sheer perfection of the palate
Chef Tammasak after achieving professional recognition both international and here in Thailand. He realized a lifelong dream to own his own restaurant. He opened Suay Restaurant in Phuket in 2010 which has fast become a favorite with locals and foreigners alike.
Suay has seating for 80 guests and offers innovative contemporary Thai dishes and Western dishes with a twist where local favorites such as Tuna tartar Esarn style, Steamed salmon in rice noodle with yellow curry and Mango sticky rice spring rolls with black sesame ice cream are listed alongside lamb chops and foie gras.
Suay has received many awards shortly after opened and currently ranking on Trip advisor website No. 1 in Phuket among many restaurants.
